Did you know that in 2022 our agency was No. 1 for sales agreed in the YO8 postcode area.

 

We agreed the sale of 90% of all the properties we listed.

 

This is for re-sale properties and does not include new build developments.

 

We didn’t list the highest number of properties in the area, but what we did do was convert the highest percentage of what we listed into a sale agreed.

 

We were also No. 1 for the lowest amount of properties withdrawn from sale at 10%.

 

What does this mean to buyers and sellers?

 

If you are wanting to put your house on the market and you live in the YO8 postcode area, then you have the best chance of obtaining and accepting an offer if you put your property on the market with us.

 

As we also had the lowest number of properties withdrawn from sale with us it proves that our sellers were happy with our service and they were serious about selling their property.

 

And, if you see a property on the market with us and want to make an offer, you can be confident that the seller is serious about moving and less likely to mess you about in the long run.
