After being repeatedly asked the question by landlords “will you start doing lettings?” we have agreed.
You may have come across us if you have bought or sold a property through us previously, but if not, you may have heard good stories about us from others who have. If not, you may care to know that we are a multi-award-winning residential sales estate agency that are venturing into lettings in 2026.
As we launch our lettings department, we are only offering our landlord services to existing clients of JP Harll and/or Financial Options. This is to prevent overwhelming staff in the initial weeks, who are looking to offer a superior standard of service to clients. The initial service will also be for landlords who already have their tenants living in their properties.
It is important for you to know that we will only be taking on properties within a 10-mile radius of our YO8 4DS postcode to ensure we can easily reach the property in times of need.
We will only be taking on properties that are Freehold residential properties with an EPC rating of ‘C’ or above to ensure good energy performance and be ready for when the proposed new legislation arrives. So, you know, that our homes are energy efficient and should cost you less to run than some others and they should be providing a good standard of living. Also, if you are looking for a commercial property, then we aren’t the agent for you as we won’t be dealing with shops, offices etc.
You may also be pleased to know that our ‘in-house’, independent mortgage brokers will offer you a free mortgage appointment should you wish to discuss your options to buy, whether that be from your existing landlord or someone else. They don’t charge a broker or arrangement fee either, they get paid by the Mortgage Lender.
