We’ve worked within the Selby property market since 2013, helping hundreds of landlords buy and sell successfully from our Finkle Street office. While our expertise has always been in residential sales, 2026 marks the beginning of something new: Lettings by Request.
Lettings by Request is exactly what it sounds like — a select, carefully curated letting service.
We’re not looking to manage hundreds of properties. Instead, we choose to work with a small number of landlords who share our values: those who are legally responsible, proactive about property care, and committed to offering well-maintained homes.
And the same care extends to the people we let properties to. We believe tenants should be more than applicants on paper. We want to work with individuals and families looking for a long-term home — people who will care for a property with the same pride and respect they would their own.
