What do we do?
We sell ‘Freehold’ Residential Property for Home Owners.
We sell for property owners who are currently living in their home or elsewhere, including abroad and, we sell for owners who are going their separate ways, those who have inherited properties and for Landlords and Landladies.
What don’t we do?
We do not sell properties for third parties. i.e. part-exchange companies.
What kinds of properties do we sell?
We sell ‘Freehold’ houses, bungalows and apartments.
What kinds of properties don’t we sell?
We do not sell ‘Leasehold’ properties or ‘Shared-Ownership’ properties.
Why?
We have decided, along with many solicitors/conveyancers to no longer act for clients in the sale of ‘Leasehold’ and ‘Shared-Ownership’ properties.
We have based this decision on the prolonged length of time the Conveyancing process takes.
Moving home can be stressful, but to all those involved with a chain involving a ‘Leasehold’ property there can be greater stress due to the protracted process involving the Leaseholder, the Freeholder and the Management Company.
On top of this, many buyers and sellers are ‘Googling’ to find the cheapest solicitor they can and, let’s face it – good service costs!
Some of the good solicitors are now refusing to act for clients when they discover who is acting for the other side!
We have therefore made the decision to protect our time, so that we can dedicate a more ‘equal’ share of it, to all our clients.
We understand that we have already upset some people by refusing to act on their behalf in the sale of their properties, and are sorry for that. However, we have decided to dedicate our business to the sale of Freehold properties.
