If this is the type of property you are looking for then you will know how rare they are to find and wouldn’t you want the ‘Heads Up’ before those relying on Rightmove.
We have another property that will not be coming on to the market until after the Bank Holiday weekend. An Executive Style, Large Four Bedroomed Detached House with Double Garage in an extremely sought after area of Selby.
This home will attract a lot of people who need to sell their home in order to be able to purchase. What if that person is you? What if you haven’t put your property on the market because you are afraid you won’t find anything? Wouldn’t you like the ‘Heads Up’ before it hits Rightmove? You know you are going to be up against others who are already SSTC or who have completed and moved into rented to enable them to be in a better position when they see something they like.

Or, you can add to or change the area you are looking for.
No more phone calls asking if you are still looking for a property in such and such an area. You are in complete control.
